1. Introduction

Welcome to Naturistic ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our website located at naturistic.gh and our training programs (together or individually "Service") operated by Naturistic.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Training and Services

Naturistic provides digital banking and smart saving training programs designed to educate clients on creating automated savings plans, understanding mobile banking, and using digital finance tools securely. Our services include:

• In-person and online training sessions
• Digital learning materials and resources
• Access to financial planning tools
• Consultation services for digital banking adoption

All services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

3. Registration and Accounts

When you register for our training programs, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during the registration process
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

4. Payment Terms

Training program fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. All payments are non-refundable except as provided in our refund policy:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before a scheduled training session are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before a scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund

For ongoing programs, we do not offer refunds after the first two weeks of access. All prices are in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Naturistic and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Ghana and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Naturistic.

Training materials, guides, presentations, and digital tools provided as part of our programs are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, copied, or shared without written permission from Naturistic.

6. User Conduct

While participating in our training programs and using our services, you agree to not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person during training sessions
• Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Naturistic or the interests of our users
• Copy, modify, or distribute rights or content from the Service
• Share your account access with others
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Naturistic, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any financial decisions made as a result of information provided in our training programs
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

Our training is educational in nature and does not constitute financial advice. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results from using our services.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Naturistic does not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
